Lost or stolen work device? Contact Wise.Repair immediately so the employee session and push token can be disabled. Do not include customer details in an ordinary email.
Before Contacting Support
- Confirm the phone has an internet connection.
- Refresh Assigned Jobs and note the visible error without copying customer information.
- For queued photos, parts, or payments, keep the application installed and use Retry when connectivity returns.
- Do not repeat a payment with a new amount or method merely because synchronization is delayed.
Account and Assignment Access
Only an administrator can enable Technician App access or assign a Job. If a Job is missing, contact dispatch rather than using another employee's account. Never share passwords, verification codes, customer screenshots, or exported application data.
Permission Problems
Camera, selected photos, and notifications can be enabled in the phone's system settings. Accepting a visit starts your work shift automatically. Optional Enable location requests permission separately, including background access. Previously allowed location sharing can resume during a new active work shift on the same phone. End Shift stops collection; shifts expire after 12 hours. Only a new work action or Start Shift can start another shift. Manual visit controls remain available if location is declined. Force-quitting the app, permission changes, or poor connectivity may interrupt location updates. The app does not request contacts, SMS, call logs, or microphone access.
Contact
Email info@wise.repair. Include device model, operating-system version, application version, Job number if authorized, approximate time, and the exact error text. Do not include a customer's full address, phone number, access code, payment details, or photos unless an approved secure support process specifically requests them.
