Service SMS Program

Transactional customer-care messages for an existing Wise.Repair service request.

Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 3, 2026

Service communications only — no advertising. Wise.Repair does not send advertising, promotional, marketing, bulk, or recurring campaign messages through this program. A telephone number obtained for an appointment or service request will not be repurposed, now or in the future, for advertising, promotional campaigns, or marketing lists.

Who Receives Messages

Wise.Repair obtains the customer's telephone number directly from the customer while booking or scheduling an appliance-repair appointment. Messages are sent only for that customer's existing service request and only after the customer asks for, or affirmatively agrees to receive, the service information by SMS. Merely visiting our website, signing in, requesting service, or accepting our general Terms does not enroll a person in SMS.

Typical Customer Journey

  1. The customer contacts Wise.Repair and schedules a service appointment.
  2. During that conversation, the customer provides a telephone number for the appointment.
  3. Before the first text is sent, the manager or automated voice agent explains the service message and asks for the customer's verbal permission.
  4. After the customer agrees, Wise.Repair may text a secure link for the relevant quote, estimate, work order, invoice, or other service document.
  5. The link opens a Wise.Repair webpage where the customer can review the document and, when applicable, approve, decline, or electronically sign it.
  6. After the Quote is accepted, later messages, appointment updates, invoices, payments, or service milestones in that Workspace may trigger a short SMS asking the customer to reopen the same secure link.

The number remains connected to the customer's service relationship. It is not added to an advertising list and is not used for unrelated announcements or future marketing.

How Verbal Consent Is Obtained

During service booking, a Wise.Repair manager or automated voice agent asks the customer the following before sending any text message:

“May Wise.Repair send service-related text messages to this number about your request, appointments, quotes, estimates, repairs, invoices, and payments? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not required to receive service.”

The customer must answer affirmatively. Wise.Repair records the consent with the related customer or Case, telephone number, method, and date and time. If the customer declines or does not clearly agree, no service SMS is sent.

Types of Messages

Frequency, Charges, and Delivery

Message frequency varies according to the customer's service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing or receiving Wise.Repair services.

Stop or Get Help

Reply STOP to opt out. After an opt-out request, Wise.Repair may send one confirmation and will stop further messages covered by this program unless the customer later gives new consent. Reply HELP for help, email info@wise.repair, or call +1 (843) 279-8900. Customers who opt out can continue receiving service by telephone or another available channel.

Privacy

Wise.Repair does not use and will not repurpose telephone numbers collected for service appointments for advertising or marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited providers may process the number only as necessary to deliver the requested service messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more information.
