Terms of Service

General terms for appliance-repair services and customer communications.

Effective September 2, 2026 · Last updated September 7, 2026

These terms apply to services provided by Wise.Repair LLC. A specific written quote, estimate, work order, invoice, or warranty may contain additional terms for that Job.

Service Requests and Scheduling

A request or appointment does not guarantee a diagnosis, parts availability, repair outcome, or exact completion time. Customers must provide accurate contact, appliance, location, access, and safety information. Wise.Repair may reschedule, decline, or stop work when access is unavailable or conditions are unsafe.

Quotes, Estimates, and Authorization

A quote or estimate describes proposed work based on information available at that time. Additional faults, parts, labor, or changed conditions may require an updated document or customer authorization. Work identified as requiring approval will not be represented as approved merely because a document was delivered.

Service Call, Cancellation, and Payment

The current standard Service Call is $100 and becomes chargeable only after a technician obtains access to the appliance and performs diagnosis. Wise.Repair does not charge a cancellation or no-show fee merely because an appointment was cancelled, the customer was absent, or appliance access was not provided. Approved charges, taxes, deposits, credits, payments, and balances are shown on the applicable customer document.

Parts, Repairs, and Warranty

Parts availability and delivery dates may change. Unless a specific written document states otherwise, the standard Wise.Repair labor warranty is three months from completion of the covered repair, and part coverage follows the recorded manufacturer or supplier terms. Warranty coverage does not include unrelated faults, misuse, unsafe conditions, or work performed by others.

Refund Requests

Authorized Service Call and diagnostic charges for services already performed, and charges for parts already ordered for your repair, are normally payable. This does not change the cancellation and appliance-access rules above.

If you are dissatisfied or want to request a refund, contact Wise.Repair at info@wise.repair or +1 (843) 279-8900. Management reviews each request individually and may approve a partial or full refund. A request alone does not confirm that a refund has been approved or completed.

Approved card refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies. We will review a refund that fails to complete and discuss the next step with you. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Service Text Messages

Wise.Repair obtains the customer's telephone number while booking or scheduling an appliance-repair appointment. With the customer's prior verbal consent, Wise.Repair may send service-related SMS messages concerning that customer's request, appointment, quote, estimate, secure document, repair, invoice, payment, or support conversation. At the customer's request, an SMS may include a secure link to a Wise.Repair webpage where the customer can review and, when applicable, approve, decline, or electronically sign a service document. Consent is requested during service booking by a manager or automated voice agent before the first text is sent.

Wise.Repair does not send advertising or marketing messages through this program and will not repurpose a telephone number collected for a service appointment for future advertising, promotional campaigns, marketing lists, or bulk messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service. See the SMS Program and Privacy Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for lawful access to the property and appliance, disclosing known hazards, protecting valuables and surrounding property, following safety instructions, and paying authorized charges when due. Customers should not send passwords, payment-card numbers, access codes, or unnecessary sensitive information by SMS or ordinary email.

Electronic Documents

Customers may receive links to electronic quotes, estimates, work orders, invoices, receipts, or Customer Workspace. Links are intended for the recipient and should not be forwarded. Electronic acceptance and signatures may be retained with the exact document version, name, date, time, and related service record. After the customer's service-SMS consent and initial Quote link, Wise.Repair may send a short transactional SMS identifying the type of update and asking the customer to reopen the same Workspace. An Appointment alert may include the scheduled date/time, and a technician-status alert may use the assigned technician's customer-facing first name and last initial. The alert is not advertising and does not replace the underlying service record.

Availability and Limitation

The online service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider, or network reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wise.Repair is not responsible for carrier delays, blocked or undelivered messages, or indirect losses caused by third-party networks. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by applicable United States and South Carolina law. Questions may be sent to info@wise.repair or +1 (843) 279-8900.
